By reading and accepting this disclaimer, customers purchasing from outside our country of origin confirm that they have reviewed and verified that the products purchased comply with the laws and regulations of their country.

All responsibilities and liabilities related to customs clearance — including coordination with customs agencies and local postal services — are the sole responsibility of the buyer. repairaminos.com expressly disclaims any responsibility or liability for importation or customs-related issues.

5. Athletic Commissions

6. Order Terms, Returns, And Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at support@repairaminos.com as soon as possible. We are unable to cancel or modify a shipment once it has been handed over for shipping.

7. Product Quality Guarantee

What We Stand Behind: Repair Aminos guarantees that each product conforms to its stated identity and minimum purity specification (e.g., ≥99% purity where indicated) at the time it leaves our facility. A lot-specific Certificate of Analysis (COA) is available on request. Any quality claim must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Scope Of Guarantee: The guarantee applies to sealed, unopened products stored and handled by the customer according to the labeled conditions. Repair Aminos guarantees:

• Identity and minimum purity at the time of dispatch, per batch COA.
• Lot-specific COA available on request, tested by validated analytical methods (HPLC, LC-MS, NMR, or equivalent).
• Packaging and labeling for research use only, with recommended storage conditions and shelf-life information on the product page.

8. Quality Claim Window & Third-party Testing Requirements

All quality claims — including those supported by third-party testing — must be initiated within 30 calendar days of delivery based on carrier tracking records. Claims raised after 30 days may be considered at our discretion, but fall outside the standard guarantee window.

To be considered under our Quality Guarantee, third-party test results must meet all of the following criteria:

• Claim initiated within 30 days of delivery with order number, product name, and lot number.
• Product within its labeled shelf life at the time of testing; lot number matches the original label and invoice.
• Qualified analytical laboratory using validated methods suitable for the compound in question (e.g., HPLC or LC-MS). Simple colorimetric or visual assessments are not sufficient.
• Lab report must include: lab name and contact details, method description, sample receipt and analysis dates, purity result, and chromatogram or spectrum.
• Analysis conducted within 14 days of receipt (unless the lab provides documented stability data supporting a longer holding time).
• Chain of custody documented: the tested material must originate directly from the Repair Aminos product container, labeled with product name, lot number, and transfer date.

9. Resolution If A Batch Is Confirmed Out Of Specification

If, after review of our internal data and compliant third-party results, we confirm a batch is out of specification, Repair Aminos will provide either:

• A replacement of the same product from a different lot, or
• An account credit or refund limited to the purchase price of the affected product, plus reimbursement of up to $100.00 toward third-party testing fees upon submission of a valid lab invoice.

Our obligation is strictly limited to replacement, credit, or refund of the product purchase price, and reimbursement of testing fees up to $100.00. We do not accept liability for consequential, incidental, or downstream research costs.

10. When Third-party Results May Be Rejected

Repair Aminos may decline to base a quality decision on third-party results when one or more of the following apply:

• Claim initiated after the 30-day post-delivery window.
• Product past labeled shelf life or expiry at the time of testing.
• Sample analyzed outside the 14-day holding time without documented stability data.
• Storage conditions appear inconsistent with the product’s known stability profile.
• Laboratory method inadequate to characterize the product (e.g., non-specific assay, no chromatogram or spectrum).
• The chain of custody between the original product and the tested sample cannot be reasonably established.

In such cases, Repair Aminos may still offer a courtesy replacement or other accommodation at its discretion, but this will not be considered an admission that the batch was non-conforming.

How to Submit a Quality Claim: Email support@repairaminos.com within 30 days of delivery with: order number, product name, lot number, a description of the issue, and a complete lab report including chromatograms/spectra, lab name and contact details, sample receipt and analysis dates, and final purity results. Repair Aminos will respond with a preliminary assessment within 7–10 business days.

Storage and Shelf Life: The guarantee assumes the product remains sealed in its original container, stored according to the conditions published on the product page, and not subjected to extreme conditions (prolonged high temperatures, direct sunlight, or repeated freeze–thaw cycles). If the product is opened, transferred, or stored outside recommended conditions, stability may be compromised, and any resulting changes may fall outside the scope of the guarantee.

Articles and videos provided on our website are intended for informational purposes only. None of our products is sold for cosmetic or beauty purposes. By purchasing from Repair Aminos, you agree that you are purchasing research chemicals for lawful research use only. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

12. Affiliate Program Terms And Conditions

repairaminos.com reserves the right to remove an affiliate from the program and terminate their account without prior notice if they fail to comply with the program rules.

We also reserve the right to withhold any pending commissions related to rule violations, as well as to recover any commissions previously paid up to the point of termination — regardless of when the violation was discovered. If an affiliate account is terminated for cause, the affiliate and any associated business is not permitted to re-register in our Affiliate Program under the same or any other website.

• Brand keywords (“Repair Aminos”, “repairaminos.com”) are not permitted in any PPC or SEO campaigns. If the majority of your traffic is generated through brand keywords, commissions will not be paid.
• Discount code websites are not permitted.
• Own orders do not count toward commissions.
