Refund and Return Policy

Due to the highly sensitive temperature containment boundaries, sterile environment configurations, and strict laboratory safety protocols mandatory for research compounds, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Repair Aminos enforces a strict policy of NO returns, NO exchanges, and NO generic refunds on any products once an order has been successfully authorized and shipped. Charges appear on your statement under our authorized processing entity identifier.

Return Policy & Strict Product Restrictions
Once a laboratory package leaves our secure logistics depot, its environmental safety and purity parameter baseline can no longer be legally verified or guaranteed. Consequently, to protect the absolute integrity of our research supply chain, items cannot be re-integrated into public inventory arrays under any circumstances. Peptides are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
Not Eligible for Return or Refund under Any Circumstance
- All research peptides — not accepted due to absolute sensitivity to temperature, handling, and light.
- Opened, unsealed, or tampered packages — any product.
- Requests initiated after 7 business days of verified courier delivery.
- Improper use, handling, or unauthorized testing of research products.
- Products damaged by customer mishandling or improper laboratory storage.
Order Cancellations and Modifications
A $25 processing fee applies to all paid order cancellations. Alternatively, we can issue store credit for the full payment amount, which waives the $25 fee. Contact us as soon as possible — once an order is handed to our shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
- Cancellation requests are only possible while the order is still processing within our queue.
- Once endorsed and transferred for shipping, the order cannot be cancelled, stopped, or modified.
- Shipping fees are completely non-refundable for orders already dispatched.
- Refunds are not available if research peptides fail to meet your specific expected research outcomes.

Missing or Damaged Items
If any peptide vials are missing or structurally damaged upon arrival, notify us within 7 business days of delivery and provide clear photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this 7-day window cannot be processed.
Required Documentation for Claims:
- A clear photo of the items received, explicitly highlighting the structural issue or damage.
- A photo of the shipping packaging clearly showing the carrier tracking number label.
- Separate photos for each package if multiple shipments are affected.
Free Reshipment Resolution: Repair Aminos offers free reshipment for missing or structurally damaged items, provided the claim is submitted within 7 business days and accompanied by the complete required photo documentation sent to our intake node.
Pre-Shipment Delays, Wrong Addresses, and Returned Packages
Pre-Shipment Status: If your tracking shows a “Pre-shipment” status for more than a week, please be aware that packages are not always scanned immediately upon pickup. Most packages are scanned when they arrive at the local post office. Your package is most likely moving in transit as expected. Once an order has been handed to our logistics partner, it is outside of our control.
Wrong Address — No Refund or Reshipment: Repair Aminos does not offer refunds or reshipments for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We ship strictly according to the information entered on the order form. In such cases, we may offer a one-time 30% discount code for a future purchase.
Returned to Sender (RTS): If your order is marked Returned to Sender by the carrier, and the package is received back at our warehouse in good and saleable condition, the following options are available:
- Reshipment — we will reship to the correct address. The customer is responsible for the return fees and the new outbound shipping fee.
- Store credit or refund — applicable processing fees will be deducted from the credit or refund amount, including the original shipping fee, which is non-refundable.
Please note that returned shipments are not guaranteed to reach our facility. If the package is not received back, or arrives in unsaleable condition, we are unable to offer reshipment, credit, or a refund. It remains the customer’s responsibility to verify all shipping address information before placing an order.
